AL BUIO Bugia della notte scented candle Frutto proibito - fragrance Frutto Proibito

CZK 6,000

An iconic Milanese brand proudly bearing the name of the famous artist Piero Fornasetti (1913-1988), who was a renaissance personality and created over eleven thousand objects in his lifetime in an unmistakable style full of fantasy and poetic humour. He was a brilliant painter and draughtsman, an imaginative designer, and a major influence on fashion. His legacy lives on through the reissues of his unique works and his iconic prints. Furniture and accessories in metal, glass, and porcelain are edited on the basis of historical archives overseen by Piero’s son Barnaby Fornasetti. The lacquered furniture is particularly impressive, produced in Milanese workshops using the original time-consuming technique of applying the lacquer in eight layers. All objects are the result of meticulous handmade production, with all of Fornasetti’s famous decors hand-printed and coloured. Each piece of furniture is signed and in the case of rare pieces, numbered and dated.
