The art of balance: Lighthouse Lamp by Venini

Each piece coming out of the famous Murano based Venini glass factory is original. The magic of hand-made production and a unique colour compositions mixed in glass are the things every real collector would want to pay extra for.

Lighthouse lamp is exceptional for other reasons as well. It is designed by Bouroullec brothers, a respected French duo. They were inspired by the virtuosity of glassmaking masters and designed this lamp – the object that pays a unique tribute to glass.

Hand blown diffuser floats being fixed at only one point, on an aluminum thorn embedded in a marble feet. Simply brilliant! There were only a couple of pieces produced in the first series, and then the production was stopped due to its complexity. Production was reopened after several years only, as customers were pushing for it. Though, we have a piece from the original collection.
