Its stunning interiors were created under the direction of Jean-Philippe Nuel, who is a big admirer of contemporary art. He invited selected artists to create special art pieces exclusively for this hotel. The list of the most popular restaurants in the city was enlarged by the new Caffè Stern starting from this autumn. It has been noticed even by the great Alain Ducasse, who enlisted it among his favorite ones. This was a form of giving credits to Massimiliano Alajmo – one of the best young Italian chefs.
